What a water filling machine does
A water filling machine rinses, fills and caps PET or glass bottles in one synchronized monobloc. Bottles enter from the air conveyor, are gripped by the neck, inverted over rinse nozzles, then filled by gravity or low-pressure flow and capped — all without touching the body of the bottle, which keeps the outside clean and the process hygienic.
Typical configuration
A standard configuration includes neck-gripping rinse carrousel, gravity filling valves with automatic no-flow-no-fill control, a magnetic-torque capping head, and a PLC that synchronizes infeed, filling and discharge speeds. Bottle changeover is done by changing neck guide plates, without changing the valves themselves.
Suitable products and containers
Still water, mineral water and purified water in PET bottles from roughly 250 ml to 2 L. Carbonated drinks need an isobaric version instead — see our machine range for the wider equipment list.
Selection considerations
Size the machine from daily volume and shift pattern, not the peak day. Valve count decides output; the water treatment system upstream must be matched so the filler never starves. If your source water varies by season, put buffer tank capacity between treatment and filling.
