What a bottle rinsing machine does
The rinser is the first hygiene gate of the filling line: it inverts bottles and flushes the interior with water or ionized air so that dust, debris and clipping residues from transport never reach the filler. It runs upstream of filling and must match the filler's output exactly.
Configuration
Neck-gripping carrousels invert the bottle without clamping the body. Rinse options are still water (with recirculation and filtration), ionized air for dry handling, or both in sequence. Nozzle count and rinse time scale with output; the capture tray returns rinse water to a filtered circuit.
Suitable containers
PET, HDPE and glass bottles with standard neck finishes. For returnable glass, a dedicated bottle washer with soaking and brushing is a different machine class — the rinser here serves single-trip containers.
Selection considerations
Match the rinser to the filler, not to a generic catalog output. Check the handling of short or lightweight bottles — the rinser is where unstable bottles fall over, and every fall stops the line.
