Purified water filling machine
Purified water is the simplest product in the plant and the least forgiving about hygiene: the water leaves the RO system with nothing left to protect it, so everything after the treatment system — tank, piping, filler, caps — must keep it that way.
Configuration for purified water
A rinse-fill-cap monobloc with sanitary piping, a product tank sized for the filler's consumption, and CIP connections so the product path can be cleaned without opening the line. Gravity filling is enough for still water; there is no need for counter-pressure hardware on this product.
Suitable containers
PET bottles 250 ml to 2 L, and the same machine family covers 3-5 gallon rounds with a barrel-line configuration. Caps are the main contamination risk at the fill point — cap handling should stay covered from the cap elevator to the capping head.
Selection considerations
Confirm the water treatment output matches the filler's peak demand. If you also plan flavored or vitamin water later, tell the supplier at quotation — those products change the filling valve and CIP requirements.
