Mineral water filling machine
Mineral water differs from purified water at the source: natural minerals must survive the process. The filling side is a standard rinse-fill-cap monobloc; the difference is upstream, where treatment is designed to keep the mineral profile instead of stripping it.
Configuration
Neck-gripping rinser, gravity filler with sanitary valves, magnetic-torque capper, and — for mineral water with slight gas or ozonation — a product tank arrangement that does not aerate the water. Ozonated water needs contact time downstream of treatment, so the tank sizing is part of the process design.
Suitable containers
PET bottles 330 ml to 2 L; glass on request. Mineral water brands live on shelf appearance, so the filler's bottle-handling quality (no scuffs, no tipped bottles) matters to the line's output that actually reaches the shelf.
Selection considerations
Bring your water analysis to the equipment discussion: mineral content determines treatment, and treatment determines the filler's inlet condition. A line quoted without the water report is quoted blind.
