What a disinfectant filling machine does
Disinfectants — hypochlorite bleach, quaternary ammonium products, peroxide solutions — are the most corrosive products a filling line meets. Machine selection starts with the wetted path: non-metallic or high-alloy materials chosen against the actual chemistry, not against a generic "chemical machine" label.
Configuration
PVDF/PTFE-lined wetted parts, compatible seals, vented filling to control fumes, and drip-free nozzles with wash-down friendly framing. Filling principle follows viscosity: thin hypochlorite fills by flow meter, gel disinfectants by piston.
Suitable products and containers
Bleach and disinfectant liquids in HDPE bottles 250 ml to 5 L with child-resistant caps where the market requires them. Oxidizing products must not contact zinc, brass or ordinary stainless — the material list is part of the quotation, not an afterthought.
Selection considerations
Provide the full formulation including fragrance and stabilizers. Fumes from oxidizing products shape the layout too: ventilation and operator separation belong in the line design, not in a later renovation.
